What HOOD Strategy is, where the tax goes, what comes next and what can go wrong.
SAME VISION. BIGGER TOGETHER.
01
Overview
HOOD Strategy is a community token on Robinhood Chain, paired with $HOOD. Every trade pays a 3% tax, and it is split in half: one half builds a leveraged $HOOD long on Lighter, the other half is put into HOOD liquidity.
The idea is simple: every trade does two things at once. Half of the tax makes the position bigger, half makes the market around $HOOD deeper. The more the token trades, the more there is behind it.
One token, two engines
50% long, 50% HOOD liquidity
Public from day one
02
How it works
Every buy and sell of $HSTR pays a 3% tax. The tax is collected on-chain in $HOOD and split in half. One half is moved to Lighter and added to the $HOOD long; the other half goes into HOOD liquidity pools, where it keeps earning.
The long is kept at 3 to 5x leverage, and only in rare setups goes up to 10x. New tax makes the position bigger and the liquidity deeper. It is not used for anything else.
Trade, collect, split, deploy
Leverage 3 to 5x, 10x only rarely
Every step leaves an on-chain trace
03
Phases
The project runs in three phases, and two of them are live from day one: Long, where half of the tax is added to the HOOD position, and Liquidity pool, where the other half deepens HOOD liquidity.
The third phase is staking: holders lock $HSTR and earn rewards from what the long and the liquidity bring in. It unlocks as the project grows, depending on the HOOD price and the size of the position.

Transparency
The position is held on a public Lighter account, so nothing has to be taken on trust. The Dashboard shows its live value, PnL and entry price.
Transactions lists every trade and transfer of the account, and each row links to the Lighter explorer, where it can be checked independently.

Risk
This is a leveraged position. Leverage can lose the entire collateral, and a sharp drop in $HOOD can liquidate the long.
A long also pays funding while it is open, and smart contracts and trading venues can fail. Nothing here is financial advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.
